Our Modern Farmhouse is built on an 8’ x 6’ platform. This home is clean, simple and welcoming. The warm cozy feeling you get when entering is unmatched. 

A white exterior with black accents, tinted windows and a natural wood porch post tie together to create the modern farmhouse appeal. 

A sliding front window is a special added touch to the modern farmhouse model. Built of solid oak to ensure durability as we know it will be the forefront to a child's imagination. 

Along with the front sliding window, includes 4 additional fixed windows. Every window including the front door and dormer are tinted to give a very aesthetically pleasing look to the home.

A modern "shed" style dormer gives this home a special touch. Though simply for looks, it's exactly what this model needed to top off the unique design.

Our craftsman style playhouse is built on an 8’ x 6’ platform. The covered front porch and support columns are a staple to the craftsman style home. Welcomed by the light airy interior, this home simply awaits many memories. 

A grey/blue paint is contrasted with white trim and complimented with a stained porch, to give it a modern feel.

A full front porch adds both style as well as the benefit to sit and hangout. The deck is a red cedar and is stained to guarantee it will last for years and years. 

6 fully functional windows wrap the home to allow an abundance of natural light in. 

Two gabled dormers complete this craftsman home. Though simply for looks, they are exactly what this house needed to give it the proper craftsman look.

The home offers a dark pecan colored door inside of a 48" nominal doorway.
