Pricing

$6,999 plus tax. Free delivery within 100 miles of Dickinson, ND. Anything further will be an additional charge of $3 per mile. Custom paint is available for an extra $500. If you choose to have us place the building on block, it will be an additional $500 labor and materials fee. 

All of our playhouses are built to order. We require a 50% deposit to begin the scheduling process. Once we receive a signed build proposal and your deposit has cleared, we will establish a completion date. We allow free cancelation for up to 3 days after your deposit is received. Once your home is completed we will set up a specific time to deliver that will best suit you. The remaining 50% payment is due upon your playhome arrival.

We require a few site specifics to ensure we can make a proper delivery for your new home. We will need a clear pathway on semi level ground with at least an 8.5' width opening. Weather is another factor that can alter your delivery. Depending on snow or rain, we may need to make changes to the process to ensure a safe delivery. 

We can level the building with block; however, a properly prepped pre-leveled area is advised to prevent settling. We recommend a 4" thick gravel or cement pad. If you choose to have us place the building on block, it will be an additional $500 labor and materials fee.
